So once again into the fray.
Now over the weekend I didn't make as much time for the isk gatherings I expected, but that's part of the overall picture.
I've toyd around with the thinking that if I just sat down a few hours each day mining I'd be home free (today mining is rather profitable). I heard last nigth something about 4,5M pr can, and well I used to do 3 can's pr hour which ends out in something around 25M for 2 hours of effective work. Now that'd be enough to cover the Plex cost. And I COULD do this. But i don't like the idea of shifting from main toons to purpose toons.
Rigth i got the numbers from asking a frined for a loan seeing what he'd be able to muster up considering the short timeframe and considerable low skill settings. And from what i can gather a good 200 should be loanable.
It's the kind of thinking that comes with age I suppose....
Now back to gathering for a plex with a trial.
As said, the skill set isn't really desirable, but part of the challange is afterall to get flowing from scratch. I'm still moving towards the Vexor as ship of choise and I notice that the Cat starts to have trouble cutting it, it's simply doesn't dish out enough damage, think I saw it doing 92+6 dps. Sure I migth ramp it up with some weapons upgrades, but that'll hurt my tanking, and the tank is bad, really bad. Like 23 dps, maintained for 50 seconds that is.
It's starting to show with Level 2 missions already taking skill to do, and that's rather time consuming and thusly impededs the cashflow, I only made 2 millions in some 6 hours yesterday, which is really too little.
[Vexor, Step 2]
4x Anode Ion Particle Cannon I (Antimatter Charge M)
Small Tractor Beam I (not activated)
Medium Capacitor Battery I
10MN Afterburner I (not activated)
Cap Recharger II
Medium Armor Repairer I
Damage Control I
Nanofiber Internal Structure II
400mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I
3x Hammerhead I (4x in a few hours)
Wow. it still needs a lot of work. A think That's always made me wonder is T2 armor plates... Why? The tungsten is ligther, cheaper, easyer to fit and provides the exact same amouts of armorpoints? Why would anyone use T2 steel plates then. I really don't get it.
